Job Description: A professional responsible for working in the Research and Development area, supporting the engineering team in the validation, testing, and integration of embedded hardware and software solutions. Will work with Linux and Android\-x86 systems, conducting experiments, diagnostics, and optimizations to ensure product performance and stability during development. Main Responsibilities: * Participate in testing and validation of embedded systems based on Linux and Android\-x86\. * Install, configure, and debug operating systems, drivers, and peripherals (video, network, touch, printer, scanner). * Analyze system logs (dmesg, journalctl, adb logcat) and propose solutions for identified issues. * Support BIOS/UEFI and bootloader (GRUB, U\-Boot) configuration. * Assemble and test hardware prototypes, performing component replacement and analysis. * Contribute to performance optimization (memory usage, CPU utilization, boot time). * Conduct integration testing with networks, USB devices, and serial interfaces. * Support the development team in experiments involving virtualization and containers (Docker). * Document procedures, test results, and technical recommendations. * Collaborate with engineers and developers to identify improvements and adjustments in projects. Technical Requirements: * Solid knowledge of Linux and/or Android\-x86\. * Familiarity with system logs and debugging processes. * Basic understanding of hardware, BIOS, bootloaders, and equipment assembly. * Fundamental knowledge of local networks, USB, and serial interfaces. * Familiarity with virtualization and containers (Docker). * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency, with strong comprehension of technical texts.
