Job Summary: Professional to participate in the development and implementation of QSSMA programs, indicator analysis, documented information management, and audit execution. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute to the development and implementation of QSSMA programs; Identify needs, map, and document processes; Analyze and monitor IMS indicators; Contribute to the development and maintenance of up-to-date QSSMA indicators; Support branches and assist in drafting/revising standard procedures; Manage documented information, disseminating and controlling documents and records; Maintain control over nonconformity reports, corrective actions, and effectiveness evaluations; Issue Service Orders and perform fiscal entries related to the QSSMA area; Respond to external maintenance and certification audits; Develop internal IMS audit programs; Deliver QSSMA-related training; Initiate and lead QSSMA-related action plans; Monitor ESG committee actions and track related indicators REQUIREMENTS Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Process Management, or related fields; **Knowledge:** Lead Auditor training for ISO 9001; experience in certification audits for applicable standards; intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / SASSMAQ management systems BENEFITS Meal Voucher Fuel Voucher Unimed Health Plan (National) \- After probation period Dental Plan \- After probation period SESC Membership SESI Pharmacy Discount Program Partnership agreements with higher education institutions Hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) Life Insurance Birthday Day Off **WORK HOURS:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 18:00 **WORK LOCATION:** Salseiros, Itajaí/SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT
