Requirements: * Technical or undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, or Production Engineering; * Prior experience leading production teams; * Knowledge of industrial processes (preferably in the chemical sector or related fields). Responsibilities: * Coordinate and guide the production team, assigning tasks and monitoring individual and collective performance. * Ensure adherence to production plans, deadlines, and established quality standards. * Monitor proper use of machinery, equipment, and raw materials, reporting maintenance needs or adjustments. * Track productivity, waste, efficiency, and quality indicators, proposing continuous improvements. * Train new employees and promote the team’s technical development. * Ensure compliance with safety, organization, and cleanliness standards in the department. * Record incidents, manage timekeeping data, and support administrative production management. * Serve as the liaison between the team and supervision/management, ensuring clear communication and alignment of priorities.
