PCP Analyst

Job Summary: A PCP professional to plan, schedule, and control production, monitor factory progress, and adjust plans as needed. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with PCP, preferably in the textile/garment industry 2. Knowledge of production planning and inventory control 3. Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems TO WORK AT A COMPANY CITY: BLUMENAU NEIGHBORHOOD: PASSO MANSO Responsibilities: * Plan and schedule production according to orders * Monitor deadlines and ensure on-time delivery * Track inventory levels and material procurement needs * Issue production orders * Monitor factory operations (sewing, weaving, finishing) * Adjust planning in response to unforeseen events Requirements: * Completed high school education (an advantage: technical or university degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or Logistics) * Experience with PCP, preferably in the textile/garment industry * Knowledge of production planning (short-, medium-, and long-term) * Proficiency in Excel * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Systêxtil or similar) * Knowledge of inventory control (raw materials, trims, etc.) * Basic understanding of sewing/production time and motion studies * Ability to read product technical specifications Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:18.
