




Key Responsibilities: * Plan, organize, and supervise the company’s operational activities, ensuring achievement of goals and deadlines * Develop and implement operational processes and procedures, pursuing continuous improvement of efficiency * Coordinate and monitor team activities, guiding and supporting employees * Monitor and analyze performance indicators, proposing corrective and enhancement actions * Ensure resource availability and appropriate team allocation to maintain smooth operations * Collaborate with other departments within the company to promote integration and alignment of initiatives Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields * Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in operational leadership roles * Knowledge of process management tools and continuous improvement methodologies * Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a team, with a results-oriented mindset * Systemic perspective and orientation toward meeting the needs of internal and external customers Additional Information: * Flexible work arrangement, without time clock registration.
