The professional will be responsible for monitoring processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and assisting the team in controlling and executing daily tasks. **Main Responsibilities** * Screen emails containing urgent requests; * Support special shipments together with customers’ invoices; * Issue **CT-e** (occasional); * Issue **Manifest** and **MDFe** (when necessary); * Verify whether automatic consolidations have been correctly integrated into the system; * Resolve discrepancies and ensure timely transmission of information and pre-alerts; * Plan collection and delivery routes to achieve optimal consolidation; * Monitor deliveries, collections, and pickups with drivers; * Check delivery documentation against manifests; * Handle the entire dispatch draft process and arrange dispatch/shipment. **Requirements and Desired Knowledge** * Completed high school education * Ongoing undergraduate studies would be a plus **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance: BRL 35.00 per day (with 20% payroll deduction); * Transportation Allowance according to commuting needs or Fuel Allowance: BRL 370.00/month (with 3% payroll deduction); * Fully company-funded medical and dental assistance (for the employee); * Fully company-funded life insurance; * Pharmacy Benefit (after 3 months); * Birthday Day Off. ***Salary: BRL 2,700.00*** ***Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM*** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: BRL 2,700.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
