Ensure daily planning for tasks to be executed, identifying equipment classes to be inspected (types of inspection and required resources); Carry out and monitor the creation and implementation of equipment preventive maintenance plans, performing revisions when necessary; Schedule weekly maintenance activities (preventive, lubrication, inspection, predictive, scheduled corrective); Evaluate/control the backlog of maintenance activities in the Protheus module; Analyze and manage the portfolio of planned services; Analyze the sizing of resources required to properly execute activities; Provide weekly maintenance planning and weekly activity closure; Conduct audits on the maintenance information system to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities; Register assets in the system with all their technical information; Maintain updated asset material registration and lists, and import them into the Protheus system; Support analysis of individual maintenance technicians' KPIs (work orders and cost allocation); Participate, when requested, in the Failure Handling Procedure together with other Maintenance departments.
