A logistics services company is seeking a Junior Logistics Analyst in Navegantes (Volta Grande). Tecadi is a company specialized in technological solutions and software development. We offer customized services to meet our clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service and support. Enter orders: receive the equipment list from the Procurement department and create the EDI file for upload to the client's portal. Track serial numbers: analyze entries within the portal and verify the serial numbers of each registered equipment. Schedule receipt of containers released at the port within designated receipt time windows and upload the XML file to the client's portal. Coordinate with carriers: schedule and monitor vehicle arrival, record carrier information and delivery deadlines. Verify whether equipment quantity or weight fits into the vehicle specified by the carrier, based on volume calculation. Monitor OTIF (On-Time In-Full). Enter data into inventory control spreadsheets and inbound/outbound time window logs. Submit service requests for documentation. Plan operations according to established capacity. Identify and propose process improvements to enhance service delivery performance. Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, technical, administrative, socio-environmental, and safety regulations. Previous experience as a Logistics Assistant, Junior Supply Chain Analyst, Junior Transportation Analyst, or Junior Supply Chain Analyst may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
