Contact and follow up with international suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers. Monitor shipments, deadlines, documentation, and customs clearance. Verify and control import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, DI, LI, certificates, among others). Ensure correct tax and customs classification of operations according to current legislation. Monitor import costs (freight, fees, taxes, storage, etc.). Address any discrepancies, delays, or non-conformities arising during the process. Previous experience as an International Trade Specialist, Import Coordinator, International Logistics Analyst, or Import Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Completed technical education required.
