Focusing on safety and quality standards Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completed 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Perform MPO (Machine Preventive Operation) on equipment, inspecting components daily and requesting corrective maintenance when necessary to ensure the machine remains fully operational, avoiding rework and accidents; * Perform finishing on raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects (ribs, excess feed, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) specifications or part markings to guarantee compliance with customer quality standards and achievement of departmental productivity indicators; * Maintain responsibility for tools under one's care, using and storing them appropriately to preserve company assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in implementing improvement projects by suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety standards as well as integrated quality management procedures to ensure employee physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879639
