Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspecting and maintaining equipment, performing part finishing, safeguarding tools, and participating in improvement projects, in compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Inspect and maintain equipment for optimal use. 2. Perform finishing on parts to ensure quality standards. 3. Contribute to improvement projects and act preventively. Description: * Incomplete Elementary Education (Completion of the 5th grade of elementary level, with Certificate). * Perform MPO of equipment, inspecting components daily and requesting corrective maintenance when necessary, aiming to ensure the machine is fully operational, avoiding rework and accidents; * Perform finishing on raw or pre\-machined parts using a disc grinder to remove defects from parts (ribs, excess material, general burrs, minor adjustments, and welding), adhering to the FTA (Finishing Technical Sheet) or part markings, aiming to meet customer quality standards and achieve departmental productivity indicators; * Safeguard tools under one's responsibility, using and storing them appropriately to preserve assets and comply with the 5S philosophy. * Participate in the implementation of improvement projects, suggesting and contributing toward improving working conditions, productivity, and cost reduction, and acting preventively. * Comply with occupational safety regulations as well as integrated quality management procedures, aiming to ensure employees' physical integrity. * Adhere to organization and cleanliness standards established by the 5S philosophy. 2511200202481879642
