If you are eager to learn, transform logistics and mobility, and make a difference, this is your opportunity! ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Evolve the existing FP\&A structure by establishing processes, models, workflows, policies, and reporting rituals aligned with corporate FP\&A. * Develop forecasts, budgets, and rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and an integrated business view. * Implement robust financial models that connect operational, transactional, and accounting data into a unified performance view. * Enhance and maintain the management income statement (DRE), cash flow projections, margin analyses, unit economics, and financial/operational KPIs. * Conduct in-depth variance analyses (actual vs. budget vs. forecast), identifying key drivers. * Support strategic decisions with analyses such as pricing, sensitivity, scenario planning, and financial feasibility (ROI, payback, CAC/LTV). * Act as a connector between Finance and business areas, ensuring consistency and standardization of information. * Produce executive materials for the Board of Directors and Board of Advisors with clear, analytical, and decision-oriented insights. * Monitor financial and operational risk indicators and propose action plans. * Support automation and scalability initiatives. ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields. * Solid experience in FP\&A, financial planning, and modeling. * Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, management income statements (DRE), and performance analysis. * Advanced Excel skills (scenarios, complex pivot tables, structured models, advanced functions, and macros). * Solid knowledge of Power BI or data tools (data modeling, DAX measures, executive dashboard creation). * Prior experience with budgeting/forecasting, variance analysis, and financial governance. * Analytical mindset with strong problem-structuring ability and capacity to translate data into actionable insights. * Autonomy, ownership mindset, and ability to build processes from scratch in a dynamic environment. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in fintechs, SaaS, or logistics/freight/last-mile businesses. * Prior involvement in building FP\&A functions or working in high-scale/transformative environments. * Knowledge of managerial accounting, revenue recognition, and unit economics. * Understanding of fintech financial KPIs (take rate, churn, risk, delinquency, transactions). * Familiarity with SQL or data tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift). * Experience delivering presentations to executive leadership and boards. ### **What We Offer?** * National Health Insurance Plan * National Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Gympass * zenKlub
