We Are Hiring — Vehicle Monitoring and Assistance Agent Location: Downtown Itajaí Schedule: 10 AM to 10 PM Shift Pattern: 12x36 Requirements: * Customer service experience (preferably in 24-hour assistance, insurance companies, transportation firms, or vehicle tracking);• Experience with administrative routines and information control;• Proficiency with digital tools (WhatsApp Web, spreadsheets, email, and internal systems);• Experience in conflict mediation and high-pressure customer service;• Knowledge of towing dispatch or claims assistance is desirable. Responsibilities: • Respond to assistance service requests (towing, windshield replacements, headlights, mirrors, etc.); • Track and record service interactions in spreadsheets and internal systems; • Guide customers and service providers via phone or WhatsApp, monitoring service progress; • Address alerts generated by tracking devices according to internal protocols; • Contract and supervise service providers to ensure quality and timeliness; • Escalate cases outside standard procedures to Claims Analysts or other departments; • Maintain clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication throughout the process; • Support the team in continuously improving operational performance.
