




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for customer service and onboarding of fleet affiliates, control and inspection of fleet documents and equipment, as well as management of service orders and maintenance. Management of service orders and maintenance **Requirements:** * Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education; * Proactive, dynamic, and organized; * Experience with the Escalasoft system is a plus. **Salary/Benefits:** * Health insurance (Unimed) after 3 months (co-payment); * Performance-based bonus plan after 3 months; * Meal allowance. **Job Responsibilities:** * Providing service to new fleet affiliates and facilitating their onboarding; * Monitoring validity periods of fleet documents and equipment; * Inspecting and maintaining up-to-date documents in vehicle folders; * Creating and registering service orders; * Monitoring and following up on lubrication services; * Tracking mileage for maintenance. Payment: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
