Autonomous work with company-provided motorcycle and corporate mobile phone **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Location:** São José / SC **Sector:** Door-to-door external sales, focused on retail **Responsibilities:** * Prospect and visit customers in the region * Negotiate directly with merchants * Take orders and forward them to the company * Focus on small retail clients **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience in external retail sales * Experience in face-to-face customer service * Brazilian National Driver's License – Category A **(mandatory, as the job requires motorcycle use)** **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Base Salary:** R$ 1\.898,00 * **Hazard Pay Allowance:** R$ 569,40/month * **Commission \+ Bonus.** * **Meal Voucher.** * **Additional Benefits:** 13th salary **Tools and Support Provided:** * Corporate mobile phone * Company-provided motorcycle for visits (expenses covered by the company) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday * 8-hour daily shift **Ideal Profile:** Proactive, communicative professional with strong negotiation skills and motivation driven by results.
