




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing administrative and financial routines of research projects, including budgets, financial reporting, and scholarship management. Logistical organization and institutional partnership management **Internal and External Position** ***Responsibilities and Duties***: Request purchases, quotations, and service tickets (procurement, maintenance, IT, and infrastructure); Control budgets, cost analysis, and financial management of research projects; Request and manage advances, reimbursements, and Research Support Fund (FAP); Financial reporting for research funds and FAP; Registration, control, and management of research scholarships (Article 170, FUMDES, ProBIC), including scholar replacements; Payment of invoices and other project-related expenses; Draft official letters, reports, technical opinions, and submissions; Update systems and monitor financial execution of projects; Monitor bank accounts, balances, debts, and investments; Plan, organize, and track project activities and schedules; Ensure compliance with deadlines, regulations, and call-for-proposals requirements; Logistical organization (accommodation, transportation, consultants, and vehicles for research); Management of partnerships and institutional procedures (agreements, donations, payments, and documentation); Ensure compliance of fiscal and administrative documents; Disseminate institutional information and project outcomes. **Requirements:** Completed undergraduate degree; Experience in administrative and financial routines; Experience with institutional systems and funding platforms; Experience in research project management; Familiarity with funding agencies (FAP, FUMDES, Article 170, CNPq, CAPES, or similar). Knowledge of technical report and opinion drafting; Familiarity with UNIVALI’s internal workflows (procurement, service tickets, contracts, scholarships, agreements). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; High level of organization and attention to detail. Proactivity and autonomy; Clear communication and ability to coordinate across departments and external partners. Capacity to plan and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
