Job Summary: A professional responsible for inspecting, controlling, and handling goods; assisting in loading/unloading; and accompanying drivers during deliveries to ensure warehouse compliance and organization. Customer service support for unloading and inspection **We are seeking professionals to join our team to perform the following duties:** * Inspect collected and dispatched goods against the respective invoice (NF) and waybill, verifying weight, quantity of packages, nature of goods, and consignee addresses. * Control truck loading and unloading operations at the warehouse. Assist in loading and unloading goods from transfer trucks arriving at or departing from the warehouse, as well as from pickup trucks, always with agility and care. * Accompany the driver during customer service activities, performing unloading, loading, and goods inspection on the truck and at the customer’s terminal. * Handle and move goods received at the Panex terminal, whether delivered by customers or transferred from another company unit. * Inspect and identify loads upon receipt or loading; in cases of shortage or damage, automatically complete the ANC (Non-Conformance Notice). Forward any shortages, overages, or damages along with the ANC to the supervisor. * Guide helpers and warehouse staff regarding proper placement of loads in the warehouse, as well as safe handling and movement of goods. Verify documentation required for transportation. * Seal the truck and inform the seal number to data entry personnel. * Inspect loads during transfer loading, transfer unloading, and delivery loading using the barcode scanner. * Place loads onto the respective routes indicated on Panex labels. * Verify that all packages are properly labeled with Panex labels. * Substitute for the forklift operator when necessary. * Complete unloading operations jointly with the operational supervisor, generating the Loading/Unloading Summary Report and reporting any discrepancies. **We seek professionals who possess:** High school diploma preferred Valid forklift operator certification Relevant work experience Experience in a freight forwarding company is considered an advantage.
