Support SAP system improvement initiatives Work with us **Commercial \& Customer Support Assistant** ============================================ We are currently recruiting a new C\&CS in Navegantes, Brazil. **Details** ----------- We are looking for a new **Commercial \& Customer Support** to join the **Supply Chain department** in Navegantes. This position will be responsible for managing customer service activities and support commercial operations. The main duties include: * Customer registration and contact updates. * Incoterm/Transport Management. * Product Invoicing. * Grow customer relationship. * Revise POs process. * Manage area KPIs. * Support SAP system improvement initiatives. ### **Who are we looking for?** * Studies in International trade, Logistics or similar. * 2 years of experience in customer service or commercial support. * Office 365 experience. * English skills, both written and spoken, are a plus * SAP experience is a plus. ### **What do we offer?** * Stable position with a permanent contract. * Working hours from Monday to Friday. * International environment. * Office located in Navegantes.
