Job Summary: Production assistant for a workshop in Balneário Camboriú, focused on assembling and finishing decorative pieces using special stones, maintaining an organized environment, and suggesting improvements. Process optimization and innovation in the workshop Position is based at a workshop in Balneário Camboriú. The workshop is experiencing international growth. Responsibilities: The production assistant will assemble and finish decorative pieces using special stones, utilizing tools such as drills, cutting saws, and pliers. This includes preparing materials (bases, structures, ornaments), assisting with stone fixation, and ensuring final product quality. Additionally, the assistant will maintain an organized workplace, care for equipment and tools, and support the overall artisanal manufacturing process according to established standards. Proactivity is expected: identifying and proposing process improvements, anticipating needs during assembly of complex pieces, and suggesting solutions to optimize workspace organization and maintenance. Continuous learning and attention to detail are essential to contribute to workshop innovation. Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Salary: Salary expectations will be discussed. Employment Type: Full-time, permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$2.500,00 – R$3.000,00 per month
