Customer and sales representative support and service A distributor of solar energy equipment and accessories seeks a Young Apprentice professional in the Administrative Area in Itajaí (Canhanduba). Soollar is a company specialized in solar energy solutions. We offer products and services for clean and sustainable energy generation. **Responsibilities:** Print order maps, register maps in a specific spreadsheet, update invoice spreadsheets, attend to customers and suppliers, physically locate maps, and verify available slots. Print order maps, verify data, and sort them by carrier to initiate delivery process tracking per carrier, ensuring organization, efficiency, and customer satisfaction on a daily basis. Register maps in a specific spreadsheet using a barcode scanner or by manually entering numbers to monitor order information in real time on a daily basis. Update invoice spreadsheets by entering information regarding order pickups to control deliveries on a daily basis. Answer phone calls, clarifying order status inquiries from both sales representatives and customers to keep them informed about merchandise delivery on a daily basis. Physically locate maps, verifying which stage of the purchasing process the merchandise is in, to ensure items are stored in the appropriate location according to each stage on a daily basis.6\- Verify maps using the system to ensure delivery tracking with carriers on a daily basis. Position located in Itajaí / SC. Previous experience as a Young Apprentice in Human Resources, Customer Service, Logistics, or Finance may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position.
