Support in maintenance and supplier management The company is seeking an Administrative Analyst in Itajaí. **Responsibilities:** Manage the travel workflow, including air tickets, accommodations, vehicle rentals, and transfers. Support corporate event logistics, external meetings, and training sessions. Analyze expense indicators, perform invoice reconciliation, and support the expense reporting process (reimbursements). Guide employees on accessing the travel system. Issue travel insurance policies. Support maintenance management: organize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, cleaning, and landscaping) within the administrative department. Support supplier management: select, request quotations for, and manage service provider and supply contracts. Monitor and plan space utilization (layout), and organize renovations or changes within the administrative area. Support cleaning management: organize cleaning schedules for administrative departments and the restaurant. Initiate purchase requests and enter invoices into the system. Perform invoice reconciliation and budget management. Carry out other related tasks. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Manager, or Administration Specialist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
