We are looking for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and business acumen to play a strategic and integrated role in the company’s finance operations. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES * Lead the finance team, promoting professional development and operational efficiency; * Directly manage relationships with corporate clients (real estate developers) and end customers; * Monitor receivables flow and key financial indicators; * Continuously propose process improvements and support the company’s strategic decisions. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in finance and team leadership; * Advanced Excel proficiency and strong ability to work with performance metrics; * Skills in preparing and presenting results; * Experience in real estate companies, real estate developers, or construction firms is a plus.
