Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and strategic finance professional to coordinate the team, manage customer relationships, and propose improvements for a real estate receivables company. Direct relationship with corporate and end customers Our client is a company specialized in real estate receivables, supporting the growth of real estate developers and their end customers through intelligent and efficient financial solutions. We are looking for a finance professional with an analytical mindset and business acumen to act strategically and integrally in the company's financial operations. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinate the finance team, promoting development and operational efficiency; * Engage directly in relationship management with corporate customers (real estate developers) and end customers; * Monitor receivables flow and financial indicators; * Propose continuous process improvements and support the company’s strategic decisions. REQUIREMENTS * Proven experience in finance and team leadership; * Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with performance indicators; * Ability to prepare and present results; * Experience in real estate companies, developers, or construction firms is a plus.
