Propose improvements and support the company's strategic decisions Our client is a company specializing in receivables focused on the real estate market, supporting the growth of developers and their end customers through intelligent and efficient financial solutions. We are looking for a finance professional with an analytical profile and business vision to strategically and integrally support the company's finance operations. YOUR TYPICAL WORKDAY * Coordinate the finance team, promoting development and operational efficiency; * Directly manage relationships with corporate customers (developers) and end customers; * Monitor receivables flow and financial indicators; * Continuously propose process improvements and support the company's strategic decisions. WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE OR KNOW * Proven experience in finance and team leadership; * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with performance indicators; * Ability to prepare and present results; * Experience in real estate companies, developers, or construction firms is a plus.
