In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the team’s technical development, making architectural decisions, and ensuring technical excellence while working on critical systems demanding expertise in taxation and fiscal legislation. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Leading the fiscal squad technically—defining standards, architecture, and development best practices; * Developing, testing, and maintaining critical applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core—ensuring reliability and technological evolution; * Collaborating with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, PM, QA, DevOps) to create solutions aligned with Hiper’s business needs; * Developing, testing, and maintaining application front-ends using Vue.js—following UI/UX prototypes and programming best practices; * Actively participating in defining the product’s technical roadmap; * Serving as the technical reference for fiscal and tax matters within the product; * Leading technical refinement sessions with the team to detail tasks, provide estimates, and define technical solutions; * Making strategic technical decisions considering short- and long-term trade-offs; * Managing integrations with third-party systems and government APIs (SEFAZ, SPED, NF-e, NFC-e, etc.); * Providing continuous technical feedback to team developers to foster growth and code quality; * Designing and evolving architectures combining microservices and monoliths according to business needs; * Collaborating with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and fiscal specialists to translate complex requirements into technical solutions; * Mentoring mid-level and junior developers in the squad to promote technical growth and overall team quality; **What we expect from your profile:** * Solid experience developing applications using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core; * Hybrid work arrangement at Hiper’s headquarters in Brusque/SC. * Experience with GitHub; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with the team; * Frontend development experience using Vue.js; * Technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural decision-making capabilities; * Knowledge of unit and integration testing development using .NET frameworks with xUnit; * Problem-solving and critical analysis skills; * Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban; * Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; * Experience as a Tech Lead or Technical Squad Leader; * Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices; **Our eyes will light up if your profile includes:** * Experience with Azure Cloud Services; * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; * Certifications in software development technologies; * Advanced experience with Vue.js; * Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes; * Experience with legacy systems and migration to new architectures; * Knowledge of Brazilian fiscal systems: NF-e, NFC-e, SPED, tax knowledge, fiscal legislation; **What you’ll find at Hiper:** Birthday month day off – Day Off; Monthly remote work allowance. **And to take great care of you, we offer:** ️ Flash card meal allowance; Wellhub – for your physical and mental well-being!
