If you are passionate about fashion, thrive on challenges, and love delivering a unique experience to customers, this opportunity is for you. **Job Details** Sales Associate Reserva Store – Neumarkt Shopping Center BLUMENAU Salary: R$ 2.098,00 + Transportation Allowance + Meal Voucher + Bonus Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off **Responsibilities and Duties** * Deliver a differentiated shopping experience while maintaining Reserva’s brand voice and standards; * Conduct in-store and online sales; * Organize the sales floor and contribute to visual merchandising; * Create and participate in digital content to promote the store and engage customers; * Maintain customer relationships, foster loyalty, and expand contact lists. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in sales and customer service; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and proactivity; * Team spirit, results orientation, and passion for the brand; * Prior experience in fashion or retail is preferred.
