Job Summary: Lead and manage an operational team with a human-centered and results-oriented approach, supervise workstations, deliver training, and support operational routines. Key Highlights: 1. Team training and continuous development Responsibilities: \* Lead and manage the operational team with a human-centered, results-oriented approach; \* Supervise workstations to ensure compliance with established regulations and standards; \* Conduct audits of work instructions; \* Cover workstations as needed; \* Deliver training and guidance to the team to promote continuous development; \* Manage overtime hours and support shift scheduling; \* Support operational routines and other departmental activities.
