




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to serve as the guardian of financial health, managing cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, billing, taxes, and performance reports. We seek someone to be the "guardian" of our financial health, acting both strategically and operationally: * **Cash Flow Management:** Monitor and forecast inflows and outflows to ensure operational liquidity. * **Accounts Payable and Receivable:** Execute the full cycle of payments, collections, and bank reconciliations. * **Billing and Taxes:** Issue invoices for products and services, ensuring compliance with legislation. * **Performance Reporting:** Prepare income statements (DREs), dashboards, and financial KPIs to support executive decision-making. * **Banking Relationships:** Interface with financial institutions for account and investment management. * **Process Optimization:** Identify bottlenecks and propose automation within the finance department. **What We Look For (Requirements):** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * **Experience:** Solid hands-on experience in day-to-day finance operations (accounts payable/receivable and cash flow). * **Analytical Mindset:** Ability to read numbers and understand the story they tell. * **Impeccable Organization:** Managing deadlines and documents requires a structured work methodology. **It Would Be Great If You Had (Preferred Qualifications):** * Experience with enterprise resource planning (**ERP**) systems (e.g., Totvs, Omie, Conta Azul, or similar). * Basic knowledge of data analysis or **Power BI**.
