Focus on organization, proactivity, and teamwork Description **Job Mission** Ensure cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of common areas at Mall Passeio São Vicente, providing a pleasant, safe, and welcoming environment for customers, retailers, and colleagues. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform daily cleaning of common areas (corridors, restrooms, food court, parking lot, and outdoor areas) * Carry out proper waste collection and disposal * Restock hygiene supplies (paper towels, soap, etc.) * Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies * Perform emergency cleaning when required (spills, accidents, etc.) * Support mall events and activities (pre-, during, and post-event cleaning) * Follow safety, hygiene, and PPE usage guidelines * Report maintenance needs or irregularities **Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Completed elementary education * Prior cleaning experience (preferably in shopping malls, malls, or corporate environments) **Desirable:** * Basic knowledge of professional cleaning products and techniques * Basic knowledge of selective waste collection **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and attention to detail * Proactivity * Agility * Responsibility * Teamwork * Courteous attitude toward the public **Working Conditions** * Work in high-traffic public environments * Weekend and holiday shifts (12x36 rotating schedule) * Mandatory uniform and PPE usage **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Cleanliness and organization level of areas (daily checklist) * Response time for emergency requests * Customer and retailer satisfaction * Proper use of materials and reduction of waste Benefits * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Flexible Benefits Card * Attendance bonus Salary: starting from R$2.000,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
