Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols; additionally, serve and sell to customers by offering products and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and set targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Support store sales through strategic product display, as well as provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, advise them on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing various bakery-related items by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging products, adhering to production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking display counters and applying correct pricing per pre\-established rules and standards; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Help reduce losses by organizing displays correctly according to FIFO (first-expired, first-out) and producing forecasted quantities following production schedules, protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices through daily checks, and remove products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, as well as preparing and storing them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain departmental organization and cleanliness—including equipment and utensils—by performing daily hygiene procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance when needed; Process customer payments at the bakery cash register when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** R.
