Job Summary: Responsible for verifying, investigating, controlling, and preventing losses by implementing preventive and/or corrective practices and procedures to improve processes and reduce shrinkage and discrepancies. Conduct audits and inventories for inventory control About Us GTOP Group comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multifamily management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for verifying, investigating, controlling, and preventing losses by implementing preventive, proactive, and/or corrective practices and procedures, as well as identifying ways to improve processes across various departments involved in handling and preserving products, applying strategies aimed at reducing shrinkage and discrepancies. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure loss prevention activities at the FLV Distribution Center by implementing preventive and/or corrective practices and procedures, guiding employees across all departments on the correct methods for handling and preserving products, in accordance with pre\-established rules and standards; Create, implement, and monitor product exchange, shrinkage, and resource waste metrics, and propose actions to reduce them; Conduct audits in the picking and shipping departments and update control spreadsheets with relevant information; Perform daily inventories, reconcile balance discrepancies, investigate causes of balance errors, record results in designated spreadsheets, and generate required reports; Participate in periodic inventories and ensure data accuracy; Assist the billing department with inbound processes and invoice issuance whenever necessary; Monitor and oversee operational processes across departments, checking cleanliness, organization, proper use of materials, and work procedures; Analyze and respond to police reports (BOs), advising stores on this process whenever necessary; Provide training and guidance to the team whenever necessary; Ensure proper use and maintain an organized workplace and equipment; Assist with related tasks as needed; Requirements Prior experience in this field **Preferred academic background:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (e.g., Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields) **Specific knowledge:** Storage and auditing techniques; tax legislation and cost analysis; basic understanding of retail operations and products sold; **Computer skills:** Microsoft Office – intermediate level **Additional information:** This is a fully on-site position **Work location:** Avenida das Comunidades 995, Centro, Gaspar \- SC **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM – 4:00 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Retail Purchase Benefits Life Insurance * This position is open to candidates with disabilities (PCD)
