Job Summary: Professional to assist in the separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, and restocking of meats, maintaining organization and supporting customer service and sales while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 6 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in activities including separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meats, keeping them organized, well-presented, and properly stored according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales by offering products and clarifying doubts, in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, guide customers on product types and derivatives, prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Assist in the separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meats, keeping them organized, well-presented, and properly stored according to established standards, following schedules, protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals, as well as placing trimmings, fats, and tallow into the designated collector box for sale to bone-processing factories; Support prompt customer service by continuously replenishing product display counters and ensuring correct pricing, following pre-established rules and standards; Help reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by controlling merchandise through frequent stock counts and proper handling and storage of meat; Enhance departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers, while ensuring the area remains clean and in optimal working condition, following hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Support inventory counting for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates daily, removing items with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items when required; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** **Work location:** Av Nereu Ramos, 473, Centro neighborhood, Penha/SC **Working hours:** 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Discount Program (affiliated stores) Life Insurance Performance-based Incentives * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
