Verify that required parts are available and completed before commencing assembly. Perform assembly of electrical panels, switchgear cubicles, AWs, CCMs, and load centers, based on material lists, layout diagrams, and technical specifications. Suggest improvements to existing products. Assemble subassemblies and product prototypes, including rubber mounting, in accordance with mechanical drawings. Monitor, via PCP (Production Control Planning), the progress of mechanical assembly activities. Store and organize materials received from the warehouse in designated locations. Inspect assemblies upon completion to ensure bolts are correctly tightened and that supports and loose components accompany the order. Forward assembled units to their destination (electrical assembly, testing, or shipping). Supervise/guide lower-level assemblers during assembly of highly complex engineered products (e.g., MTWs, load centers, large switchgear cubicles, special CCMs). In cases of rework, jointly analyze with process and engineering departments the most appropriate solution for the situation, and plan and implement necessary corrective actions. Maintain tools and the workplace in an orderly condition, reporting requirements and/or need for tool replacement. Meet established timeframes and deadlines, while maintaining assembly standards aligned with defined quality targets. Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and general instructions related to assigned tasks. Exercise self-control in each operation/task, observing established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards—assessing them visually and/or using measuring equipment, recording results when required. Perform cleaning and maintenance of machines, equipment, and/or the workplace to ensure optimal functionality and usability. 2512050202181904604
