Job Summary: The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and handling materials, ensuring inventory integrity and supporting logistics operations. Key Highlights: 1. We are hiring: **Warehouse Assistant** **Main Responsibilities:** Maintain material integrity in inventory through controls. Physically organize and regularly inspect inventory to meet established quality criteria; Assist in picking, verification, inspection, and shipment of materials and finished products to customers, according to demand and management guidance; Assist in handling transported cargo, invoicing, and dispatch of finished products (FP) for the domestic market and export, considering deadlines and required vehicles; Receive, verify, identify, and appropriately route returned/returned materials to respective departments, ensuring their quality and safety; Perform periodic and monthly inventory counts as requested by the area supervisor; Complete and distribute departmental control forms and documents, disseminating necessary information according to daily activity needs and planning; Contribute to planning storage space and product distribution within the dispatch area, as well as relocating products and managing internal inventory; Collaborate in organizing goods storage to facilitate handling, location, and efficient use of space; Fill out departmental performance indicators and Industrial Logistics KPIs; Develop and review procedures, forms, work instructions, and other departmental documents; **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Flexibility regarding working hours; Residence in Itajaí/SC.
