At Inbrands, you’ll find a diverse, respectful, and empathetic environment.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage store operations and processes; * Control headcount; * Evaluate team performance indicators; * Analyze store inventory and redistribute products; * Ensure all Visual Merchandising (VM) procedures are followed; * Monitor product sales via OmniChannel; * Ensure achievement of established targets; * Manage results and develop/execute action plans; * Monitor competitors and suggest commercial actions and product improvements; * Manage and develop the team; * Recruit, select, and train new employees; * Conduct team meetings; * Manage inventory; * Oversee product display and store maintenance; * Monitor and manage last year’s operational data. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience managing retail stores (minimum 1 year); * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus); * Availability to work weekends and holidays; * Experience in fashion retail (men’s and women’s segments). **Additional Information** Medical assistance including dependents, available after 90 days; Flexibility to choose between meal allowance or food allowance; Dental assistance, available after 90 days of employment; For those constantly pursuing new knowledge, we offer partnerships with top universities; Love discounts?
