




Responsibilities * Guide and support customers by clarifying doubts and instructing them on how to use supermarket self-checkout machines. * Troubleshoot issues, assisting with technical difficulties, failed payments, incorrect product scanning, or other malfunctions that may occur during system usage. * Monitor and perform initial maintenance to help keep equipment operating properly, reporting more complex technical failures to the responsible departments and, in some cases, performing basic restart procedures or first-level troubleshooting. * Maintain area organization by keeping the self-service area clean and orderly to ensure customer well-being and safety.
