Strategic partnership with the Occupational Physician, HR, SESMT, and leadership Today, Segala's ranks among Brazil's leading distributors of refrigerated food products, with over 34 years of market experience serving the Food Service and Retail segments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide nursing care, first aid, and emergency support. * Perform clinical procedures according to established protocols. * Monitor return-to-work processes. * Plan and monitor health promotion and well\-being programs. * Conduct campaigns, educational initiatives, and training sessions. * Analyze data on medical certificates, absenteeism, and occupational diseases, proposing preventive actions. * Prepare reports with insights and recommendations. * Consolidate and monitor health indicators. * Develop dashboards for absenteeism, workplace accidents, and risks. * Support implementation and updating of the PCMSO (Occupational Health Program). * Ensure proper recordkeeping and documentation for eSocial compliance. * Support internal and external audits. * Collaborate with the Occupational Physician, HR, SESMT, and leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Specialization in Occupational Nursing Technician (Mandatory) * Prior experience in this role * Flexible availability for working hours. **Additional Information** **On-site work, Monday through Friday.** * Basic food basket * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher of R$ 57.00 per working day; * Social Card Vida (available 90 days after hiring); * UNIMED Health Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee); * UNIODONTO Dental Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee).
