We are conducting a selection process for **Bela Flor Importação**, a company expanding in the import and distribution sector, featuring a dynamic logistics operation, a high volume of SKUs, and a focus on operational efficiency. The position requires on-site work in **Itajaí/SC**, and residing in the region is mandatory. **About the Challenge** We seek a **Logistics Coordinator** with strong operational expertise who combines inventory management with active leadership on the warehouse floor. This professional will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, productivity, and organization, directly driving continuous improvement of logistics processes—particularly in high-SKU-mix operations and fractional picking. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate receiving, storage, and order picking (fractional picking) * Ensure high inventory accuracy through cyclic and full inventories * Lead and develop the operational team (inventory and picking) * Monitor and directly act upon logistics KPIs, such as: * Picking productivity * Picking error rate * On-Time In-Full (OTIF) service level * Inventory discrepancies * Implement layout and logistical addressing improvements (aisle, module, level) * Organize product flow for high-volume, high-variety items (over 8,000 SKUs) * Reduce losses, rework, and increase operational efficiency * Ensure daily operational discipline and adherence to established processes **Technical Requirements (Mandatory)** * Experience in high-SKU-mix inventory operations (large volume of SKUs) * Hands-on experience with fractional picking (unit or open-box) * Solid experience in inventory control * Practical knowledge of: * Logistical addressing * Rotating (cyclic) inventories * ABC analysis * **Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree** **We seek professionals experienced in:** * E-commerce (order picking and dispatch) * Distributors * High-turnover distribution centers with broad product variety Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$8.000,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
