Then join us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Performance Indicator (KPI) Management:** * Develop, monitor, and analyze key logistics performance indicators (e.g., OTIF, lead time, service level, inventory accuracy, cost per delivery). * Present periodic managerial reports and dashboards with critical analysis of results. * **Data Analysis and Decision-Making Support:** * Use BI tools and advanced spreadsheets to monitor operational results. * Conduct diagnostics and propose corrective/preventive actions based on concrete data. * **Logistics Process Optimization:** * Identify bottlenecks in logistics processes and propose improvements based on performance indicators. * Collaborate with operational teams to ensure execution of action plans. * **Operational Planning and Control:** * Participate in developing logistics plans (distribution, transportation, warehousing) based on historical performance and forecasts. * Conduct scenario simulations and analyses to support strategic decisions. * **Goal and SLA Monitoring:** * Monitor achievement of operational goals and service-level agreements (SLAs) with carriers, suppliers, and logistics operators. * Identify deviations and suggest adjustments to processes or established goals. * **Continuous Improvement Projects:** * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and reduction of logistics costs. * Support implementation of new technologies, systems, or methodologies impacting logistics performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience monitoring logistics indicators and performance-based management. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence tools. * Experience with integrated management systems (ERP), such as WMS, ELEVOR—particularly in logistics modules. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 6:00 PM to 2:22 AM, with a 1-hour meal break. **At GF Pneus, you’ll enjoy these benefits:** * Meal Voucher; * On-site meals; * Charter Bus – Greater comfort and convenience commuting to work; * Health Insurance – Company covers part of the monthly premium; * Product Purchase Discount; * Corporate University – Access to training and development programs; * Birthday Day-Off – A day off to celebrate your way; * SESC Partnership – Benefits in culture, leisure, sports, and health; * Group Life Insurance – Additional security for you and your family; * Partnership with Ânima Network – Discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses. **Inclusive position also available for persons with disabilities.** With over **30 years on the road**, **GF Pneus** is a national benchmark in the automotive sector, offering comprehensive solutions for those seeking **quality, safety, and performance**, whether driving a vehicle or building a career.
