" **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and network issues Guide users on proper usage of systems, tools, and IT best practices Install, configure, and update computers, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices. Assess machine performance and physical condition. Ensure compliance with software licensing requirements. Identify connectivity failures and resolve basic issues. Manage user network access (accounts, permissions, passwords). Assist in implementing security policies (passwords, access controls, backups). Monitor antivirus software, system updates, and security alerts. Support digital security awareness initiatives for employees. Support the IT team in infrastructure expansion or upgrade projects. Prior experience in this role is desirable. **REQUIREMENTS:** Basic hardware knowledge (assembly, maintenance, component replacement). Software and application installation and configuration. **Networking fundamentals:** TCP/IP Basic information security concepts (antivirus, password policies).
