Today, Segala's is among the leading Brazilian distributors of frozen food, with over 34 years of market experience, serving the Food Service and Retail segments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Internal salary studies and market analyses. * Management and updating of salary bands, position tables, and career paths. * Position evaluation and classification. * Support for variable compensation programs (PLR, bonuses, incentives). * Analysis of salary movements (promotions, transfers, adjustments). * Ensuring compliance with compensation policies. * Building and monitoring the personnel budget. * Budget vs. actual analysis and cost forecasting (forecast). * Monitoring management indicators (headcount, productivity, cost per employee, etc.). * Development of dashboards and strategic reports. * Consolidation and analysis of data from multiple sources. * Conducting diagnostic and predictive analyses. * Generating insights on climate, engagement, turnover, and performance. * Ensuring data quality and governance in HR. * Supporting data-driven organizational transformation projects. * Leading meetings with managers and supporting the creation of action plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Organizational Psychology, or related fields. * Experience in compensation, budgeting, and/or people analytics. **Technical Knowledge** * Advanced Excel. * BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). * HR systems (payroll, time & attendance). * Job evaluation methodologies (Mercer, Hay, etc.). * Labor legislation applicable to compensation. * Basic knowledge of financial and statistical modeling. **Additional Information** **On-site work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:18 PM, with a 1-hour and 30-minute break.** * Basic food basket * Meal allowance or food voucher of BRL 57.00 per working day; * Social Card “Vida” (available 90 days after hiring); * UNIMED Health Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee); * UNIODONTO Dental Plan (available 90 days after hiring; monthly fee and co-payment borne by the employee).
