Our mission is to **foster businesses** for their **development.** **Main Responsibilities of the Closer Role:** * Conducting Consultative Meetings (Online): Conduct videoconferences with new assignors, presenting our financial solutions in a technical and persuasive manner to convert referrals into business partners; * Market Intelligence and Reporting: Prepare detailed post\-visit reports, mapping the assignor's profile, risk perceptions, customer pain points, and other strategic information essential for credit assessment; * Strategic Agenda Management: Optimize the daily meeting schedule to ensure maximum performance and high\-quality fulfillment of all scheduled commitments; * Pipeline Management: Proactively follow up with visited companies to ensure swift progression through all negotiation stages; * Other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role; * Availability for on\-site work in Itapema \- SC.
