**Senior HR Analyst Position**
**CLT \| On-site \| Itajaí\-SC**
We are conducting a selection process for a corporate catering company currently undergoing structural development and maturation of its people management processes. We seek a **Senior HR Analyst**, with strong generalist expertise, capable of ensuring excellence in Personnel Department routines, leading Recruitment & Selection, Culture, Performance Evaluation processes, and supporting the consolidation of HR policies and practices.
The position reports directly to the **CEO**, with **real medium-term potential to advance to HR Leader**
### **Key Responsibilities**
**Personnel Department (focus on support and verification)*** Coordinate, review, and verify all information regarding hiring, termination, vacations, contract terminations, and contractual changes, ensuring timely and accurate submission to external accounting
* Ensure control and consistency of electronic timekeeping, hour banks, work schedules, absences, and tardiness
* Verify payroll, benefits, statutory charges, and legal obligations
* Monitor medical certificates, leaves of absence, licenses, and ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates), maintaining up-to-date records
* Ensure timely updates of PPRA/PGR, PCMSO, and other mandatory legal documents
* Serve as the technical reference for Personnel Department matters for managers and employees
**Recruitment, Culture, and HR Processes*** Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, especially for operational and administrative positions
* Design and conduct onboarding, probationary period follow-up, and evaluations
* Actively contribute to building and strengthening organizational culture, supporting climate initiatives, internal marketing, and internal communication
* Design, implement, and monitor performance evaluations and feedback sessions
* Create, revise, and maintain internal HR policies, procedures, and workflows
* Develop reports, metrics, and analyses to support the CEO’s decision-making
**Management and Continuous Improvement*** Proactively identify labor risks and process gaps
* Propose improvements, standardizations, and automation for HR and Personnel Department routines
* Support implementation and utilization of HR, Personnel Department, and operations management systems
### **Technical Requirements**
* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields, with specialization or coursework in Personnel Department
* Solid experience as an HR / Personnel Department Analyst, with hands-on involvement in operational routines and a generalist HR perspective
* Experience verifying payroll, electronic timekeeping, benefits, and interfacing with accounting departments
* Experience in Recruitment & Selection, onboarding, evaluations, and culture-building initiatives
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ease of use with HR management systems
* Ability to organize data, generate reports, and track key performance indicators
