An industrial design company is seeking a Tax Analyst in Itajaí (Centro).
**Responsibilities:**
Monitor the calculation of taxes due on the production and dispatch of industrialized products, observing specific tax rates for each product type and credit rules. Perform tax bookkeeping and monitor the submission of ancillary obligations handled by external accounting. Verify and ensure that tax books are up-to-date and compliant with legislation. Stay\-updated on constant changes in federal, state, and municipal tax legislation, interpreting and applying new regulations to the industrial context. Participate in the company's tax planning, seeking lawful methods to optimize the tax burden, leveraging tax incentives and special regimes applicable to the industrial sector (e.g., the Innovation Law, regional benefits, etc.). Provide internal consulting to other company departments on tax matters—including procurement, sales, production, and logistics—to ensure optimal interpretation and application of legislation. Prepare the company for potential audits by gathering requested documents and information from tax authorities and monitoring the audit process.
Previous experience as a Tax Analyst, Tax Compliance Analyst, Tax Analyst, or Tax Legislation Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
Bachelor’s degree required. Relevant experience necessary.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Salary: BRL 4,001.00 to BRL 4,500.00
