Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in the SCI system for bank reconciliation, accounting entries, preparation of trial balances and balance sheets, as well as customer service and development of organizational processes. Opportunity to develop organizational processes **Position: Accounting Assistant** **Job Requirements:** * Experience in this role and with the SCI system * Excellent reasoning skills and proficiency with technology (computer and smartphone) * Outstanding written and oral communication skills. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Bank reconciliation, accounting entries, preparation of trial balances and balance sheets, explanatory notes. * Customer service: respond to customer requests and address questions related to the department's area. * Development of organizational processes: identify and document all departmental tasks and activities and create checklists. **Starting Salary Range:** Flexible, based on candidate’s experience level and competencies. Both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00; Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 16:20.
