




Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Analyst to join our Help Desk team, ensuring continuous operation of systems and equipment while delivering agile and efficient technical support. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of systems and equipment, providing support to internal employees, and promptly and excellently resolving incidents and technical issues. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM **On-call Shifts:** Weekend on-call rotation (with a fixed weekday off) Dreaming of joining the \#HavanFamily?
