Implement and monitor strategic HR metrics—including organizational climate, turnover, absenteeism, and productivity. Mediate conflicts, apply disciplinary measures, and manage employee separations ethically and professionally. Develop and support internal communication, endomarketing, and corporate culture strengthening initiatives. Support leadership in team building and development by designing competency pathways and succession plans. Monitor HR department outcomes using performance indicators and management reports.
