Job Summary: WK is seeking a Development Coordinator to lead technology squads, with a focus on people management, delivery organization, and engineering metrics tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and develop engineering technical teams. 2. Facilitate agile ceremonies and negotiate requirements with stakeholders. 3. Support product decisions and foster a psychologically safe environment. At WK, we are looking for a Development Coordinator to lead technology squads. This role involves people management, delivery organization, and tracking of engineering metrics. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate technical teams, monitor individual progress, and drive team development. * Facilitate agile ceremonies and keep the squad focused on sprint deliverables. * Negotiate requirements with stakeholders, align expectations, and manage deadlines. * Conduct feedback sessions, 1:1s, and support the creation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). * Monitor performance metrics (Cycle Time, Lead Time, rework) and take action accordingly. * Bridge the gap between product and engineering, translating strategy into technically sustainable solutions. * Cultivate an environment where people feel safe to question, make mistakes, and learn. * Participate in recruitment processes and onboarding. Requirements: * Experience leading development teams using Scrum or Kanban. * Practical knowledge of the software development lifecycle. * Skills in people management, negotiation, and conflict resolution. * Sufficient product mindset to support decisions regarding prioritization and technical direction. * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, completed or in progress. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with CI/CD and DevOps culture. * Ability to discuss technical solutions with the team, even without daily coding. * Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Experience with modern architectures such as microservices.
