REQUIREMENTS: * Higher education (completed or currently pursuing) in finance, accounting, or administration; * Proven experience in finance areas; knowledge of financial management systems; * Intermediate Excel skills; analytical skills and attention to detail; * Strong verbal and written communication; commitment to deadlines and quality of work performed. ADDITIONAL ASSETS: * Experience in real estate; * Knowledge of Kenlo system and/or Google Workspace (Gmail Business, Google Sheets, Docs). RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable for the rental portfolio; * Assist in issuing invoices and transferring funds to tenants and property owners; * Prepare financial movement reports for the rental portfolio; * Assist in verifying documents for data entry; * Provide customer service to assist clients with questions regarding the financial flow of their rental contracts. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1 hour and 12 minutes for lunch). THE COMPANY OFFERS: Meal allowance of R$35.00 and transportation allowance of R$11.00 (no payroll deduction), both paid according to days worked. COMPENSATION: To be negotiated.
