This role is essential to ensure data is collected and analyzed appropriately, enabling identification of improvement opportunities and pursuit of consistent results. Responsibilities: * Assists in collecting and analyzing logistics data, contributing to performance report generation. * Monitors daily transportation and warehousing operations, identifying process deviations and proposing solutions. * Collaborates in communication with the operations team to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met. * Supports implementation of new systems and technologies, assisting in team training on the tools used. * Participates in regular meetings with various departments to share information and suggestions that may optimize processes. * Records relevant information in the system to ensure operational traceability. Qualifications: * Practical knowledge of logistics and transportation routines, with familiarity with basic industry principles. * Data analysis skills, with ability to generate simple reports and identify trends. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Office tools, and willingness to learn new technologies. * Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, focused on continuous improvement of logistics operations. Educational Qualifications: Completed high school education. Technical courses or a degree in logistics, administration, or related fields are a plus. Professional Experience: Prior internship experience or entry-level positions in logistics or customer service will be considered a plus.
